Submitted on behalf of Mario Masellis... "Depression is very common in all neurodegenerative diseases and is quite common in LBD. It can be responsive to the usual antidepressant medications. However, apathy is also common in LBD and this could be misinterpreted for depression. The latter does not respond so well to antidepressant medications."
